Upon receipt and review of the client's information 432395 Ontario Inc., doing business as USA Tax Rebate, will mail the applicant a quotation of the fee to be charged. If the client agrees to retain the services of USA Tax Rebate the fee quoted is the entire final fee. The fee for a US Tax number is payable in advance. The fee for an ITIN number (a personal tax identification number) ranges from $100.00 to $250.00 depending on the complexity of the issue involved. The fee for an EIN number ( a business entity tax identification number) is $200.00. GST or HST tax (levy) is added to services provided to Canadian residents, residents of other countries are exempt from GST or HST tax. ITIN numbers are generally processed by the IRS in 8 - 10 weeks. EIN numbers are processed by the IRS in 1 business day. Once a US Tax number application has been paid for no refund will be issued unless the IRS refuse to issue a US Tax number, in which case we will refund the fee paid.
